After graduating in Audiovisual Communication in Ramon Llull University, she was awarded with a full scholarship by La Caixa to get an MFA in Screenwriting and Directing at Columbia University (New York). Later, she was awarded with a Film Fellowship to complete her studies. She worked as a Teacher’s Assistant for Richard Pena (the then Director of Lincoln Center) in Latin American Film Studies at the same university and has worked as a script analyst for the Sundance Lab.
