Hi!

I'm Elle, I'm a Researcher with lots of experience in different Researcher roles who wants to continue developing the skills I've already developed on each Production I've contributed to.
As a Casting Researcher I have; conducted phone and zoom interviews discussing very emotional topics with contributors through Short Audition, cut sync pulls and transcribed edits for Exec and Broadcaster approval, engaged in extensive outreach to find contributors across every social media platform, managed social media accounts and created content via photoshop and video editing, had contributors chosen for the main cast, done thorough background checks through LexisNexis, done flyering and street casting, and more.
As a Forward Planning Researcher I have; procured PLI's, Location and Contributor Release forms from contributors, liaised with big businesses across the country (and the world), negotiated with big businesses for reduced rates and free use, discovered businesses that proved integral for story beats, co-managed extensive excel databases full of information tracking outreach with businesses, and more.
As a typical Researcher I have; supported talent with on-set needs, written biogs on big talent names, carried heavy equiptment so crew had everything needed for shooting on hand, taken minutes and condensed huge amounts of complex information into simple documents made of bullet points, managed diaries and scheduling for Producers, and more.

I'm hardworking, resourceful, and love problem solving. I have prior experience in Health and Social care as a Behavioural Therapist & Team Leader, because of this I work in high intensity environments well - plus this also has given me a comprehensive amount of experience in admin work.
