Os is a fantastic person to have on your team - practical, responsible, engaged, unflappable - but above all he creates a great atmosphere - everyone enjoys working and hanging out with him which makes a massive difference when you're in some godforsaken remote place. The only reason I'm prepared to tell anyone how good he is, is that I can't use him right now on my current project - but as soon as I can we'll be snapping him back up - if he'll have us.
