Having worked with Lou across numerous productions, I can safely say that she is an absolute gem to work with and an asset to any team - big or small. She has a tenacious journalistic approach to any story and her instincts for stories/contributors are second to none. Many of her documentaries have gone on to be incredibly well received, with viewing figures in the millions. I was fortunate enough to be managed by her across many of these films and I can testify to her dedication to her craft. She can develop, get access, manage logistics, direct shoots, field produce, and archive and edit produce - all the while never losing sight of the story itself.
