I bring a strong background in planning, coordination, and workflow management developed through several years working across high-profile film and television productions. My experience has equipped me with highly transferable skills that support a wide range of departments, particularly in areas requiring production organisation, asset management, cross-team coordination, and operational support.
I have contributed to several productions as a Coordinator, including Casualty, Black Cake, and Shakespeare & Hathaway. In these roles, I coordinated day-to-day production activity & paperwork, maintained accurate tracking and administrative systems, and built effective working relationships with stakeholders and crew. Working in fast-paced environments required a high level of organisation, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring that workflows remained efficient and well documented.
Most recently, I worked with Lucasfilm’s Digital Franchise team across their major productions of Star Wars: Starfighter, Ahsoka - Season 2, and The Acolyte - Season 1. As the sole UK-based representative for the team, reporting directly to colleagues in San Francisco, I was responsible for detailed production notetaking, tracking story and asset changes, and maintaining bespoke digital asset management systems that adhered to strict naming conventions and metadata standards. I liaised closely with multiple Heads of Department to coordinate photography of cast, props, creatures, and sets, ensuring key assets were captured, catalogued, and accessible for wider teams. In addition, I supported trainee development and monitored departmental budgets alongside the production accountant.
As Brand Asset Manager on Doctor Who for BBC Studios and Bad Wolf, I oversaw the storage and organization of both digital and physical assets across the production. I introduced improved workflow and inventory processes and translated complex asset management systems into clear, accessible guidance for wider teams. This role required careful coordination across departments, strong organisational oversight, and the ability to maintain accurate records while supporting the practical needs of production teams.
Across my career, I have developed a strong foundation in workflow and asset management, team support, and production coordination. I am confident working across departments and adapting processes to suit different operational needs. I bring advanced IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Dropbox, macOS), excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. I am also a fast learner who thrives in collaborative environments where organisation and communication are key to delivering complex projects successfully.
I feel I could be an exciting asset that would grow within a role and be incredibly ambitious to any take on other responsibilities that the role may provide. I never pass up a challenge no matter how daunting it may seem.
