After graduating with a degree in Filmmaking, I undertook a Master's degree in Screenwriting where I have developed my skills, not only as a writer, but as a storyteller, editor, and researcher. During this time, I also set up my own production company which specialised in creating short animated films. Throughout my adult life I have worked in a variety of customer service, administrative, and promotions based roles which have given me a broad set of skills and the ability to deal effectively with differing clientele and environments, as well as gaining confidence and a professional working manner. I am an incredibly passionate and creative person, which has been furthered by my own artistic projects as well as my time as a filmmaking student.
I have a special interest in LGBT+ stories, both factual and fictional. As part of the LGBT+ community myself, I focus on the importance of increasing accurate media representation of marginalised people. Read Less
