I'm an RTS award-winning Casting and Welfare Producer based in Belfast, with 15+ years' experience across factual entertainment, competition formats and constructed reality.

I'm currently available and actively looking for casting and welfare roles — and happy to step down to AP level while the industry finds its feet.

Casting - I have a strong track record finding the right people for factual entertainment, studio formats and quiz shows. From street casting and phone bashing to pitching contributors to executives and commissioners, I'm thorough and relentless. I've cast for BBC, Channel 4, RTÉ and ITV, managing high-volume pipelines and building digital workflows that keep sensitive contributor data secure and the process moving fast.

Welfare - Contributor care is a thread running through everything I do. I design and implement duty of care frameworks, welfare protocols and contributor experience documentation, and I've worked directly with series psychologists to incorporate clinical assessments into casting decisions. I'm trained in safeguarding, with specific experience working with under-18s, and I manage contributor wellbeing from first contact through to post-transmission.

Development - I create formats, write treatments, cut sizzles and pitch ideas to commissioners. I've developed projects for BBC, Channel 4 and RTÉ, and I'm equally comfortable attaching talent, producing taster tapes and prepping new series for launch.

Series Producing -  Having series produced across factual entertainment and constructed reality, I understand the full pipeline from greenlight to delivery, and have led casting simultaneously on several productions, giving me a clear understanding of how both disciplines affect each other.

I'm a natural teacher and make it part of my role to pass on knowledge and build up the people around me.

I'm based in Belfast, happy to travel, and bring the same energy to every project whether I'm leading or supporting.
