I have two years experience managing a moving picture archive, including leading a team of three archive researchers. I am trained in licensing and sales negotiation, third party rights and indemnity relating to moving image. I have three years experience as an archive researcher, working on over 200 productions including adverts, dramas, feature films, documentaries, promos and music videos.

I have four years experience in cataloguing and archiving, and further experience inputting metadata into various DAMs. I am an excellent problem solver, always working within my teams to create innovative solutions.

Through working with new collections at Kinolibrary, I have proficiency in negotiating and monitoring contracts with potential collaborators. Working with sensitive content has given me skills  in making decisions on whether to licence certain content for different types of productions, depending on the wishes of the filmmakers in question. 

I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Avid, DaVinci Resolve, and FinalCut Pro. Through my managerial roles at Kinolibrary, I have developed fantastic time management  and am a highly organised person.
