I have worked with Kailumb several times on Homes under the hammer - he is punctual, on the ball, focused - thinks on his feet and is helpful but not pushy . Great with contributors and would recommend him as a runner to any production. Helpful and understands how TV is time pressured and understands how TV is made. He is keen and not on his phone all the time and this makes him invaluable and part of the team when on set.
