I retain the ability to design pitch decks, write toplines and research documents and seek potential cast members for development projects.
In summer 2022, just as I was completing my Master’s degree in Drama Production for TV, Film & Digital Media at University of Salford, I was one of the 60 people selected for The Network, an entry level scheme ran by The TV Foundation and the Edinburgh TV Festival. It was a week later when I started my career in television, working as a runner first before working as a Development Researcher, where I supported the development team for season 2 of ITV’s Fresh Cuts.
