I am a multi-talented, versatile and fast learning Researcher  that can offer expertise across multiple departments including Development and Production. My adaptability enables me to thrive in challenging situations. After completing a ScreenSkills Broadcast Production Apprenticeship with a distinction I was employed at Forest, where I have been based for the past 3 years.

Assisting the development team with Pitch decks, quick turnaround research, including the creation ofextensive timelines as well as sensitive research calls with potential contributors, working closely with directors andproducers to inform the casting process.

On Production I have skills in camera operating and assistance, working closely with Sony FX6 and Black Magic Pocket Cinema Cameras. I am confident in rigging equipment and have an extensive understanding of both cameras and lighting. I also have experience recording sound for a 90-minute feature documentary using recording devices such as Mix-Pre 3. I have a strong passion for film and have a great recall of modern films that helps with my creative thinking.

Working at Forest Productions, I picked up my first credits as a Junior Researcher working on productions for the BBC. Most notably, Love and Loss: The Pandemic 5 years on. During the production, I helped with the development and pre-production, carrying out research calls with potential contributors and doing initial casting for the documentary. I also worked as a camera assistant - helping with lens changes, battery management and rigging for interviews. I also assisted with sound recording - making sure contributors were micced up and monitored sound with the MixPre-3.

On top of these skills, I am also proficient in Adobe software such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop as well as Davinci Resolve editing suite. With competent technological computer skills I am also proficient in office based microsoft softwares.
