Tim is an experienced, talented and accomplished self-shooter who has confidently run shoots all around the world. Both as a director and a series producer he is an excellent, energetic manager of teams large and small. He’s a real doer who leads by example; never afraid to get his hands dirty, or to do what it takes to get the job done. He is at one a team leader and a real team player. Tim’s equally comfortable collaborating with and guiding established talent as he is carefully supporting and nurturing inexperienced contributors and has decades of experience negotiating access with prestigious organisations and institutions.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim for many years at Twofour. Tim is a very skilled Series Producer who has worked his way up through the ranks, giving him an excellent understanding of the whole production process. That means he is well versed in all aspects of Pre Production, Location Shoots as well as being in and overseeing multiple Edits. Because he worked for many years as a self shooting director, he has a great nose for a character and a good story. Tim made many projects at Twofour but really came in to his own on observational and character driven factual series. Often with tight schedules and limited budgets he could deliver a great series and worked on many shows that were recommissioned.

Tim was the Series Producer on a factual series I commissioned for the BBC, which appeared on BBC World, BBC.com and was also syndicated to Bloomberg. There were 4 series in all over a number of years. The series was called "Follow the Food," and examined the future of food production and agriculture. Tim was excellent throughout. He came up with great ideas and then executed them to budget. His scripts and deliveries were always on time and the films were all of a very high quality. Tim is also great to work with and both a team player and problem solver. I would certainly recommend Tim.
