Currently I lead on all things development for Warner Music Entertainment. I devise original, multi-genre, talent-led formats for linear TV, SVOD and Digital broadcasters. I have successfully originated and pitched ideas to Sky, Channel 4 and Paramount Plus. I have responded to briefs from multiple broadcasters including the BBC, Apple TV and YouTube Originals with effective decks, taster tapes and commissionable proposals. I have have worked with exciting new talent like Pink Pantheress as well as some of the biggest names in the industry, from KSI to Harry Styles.Previously I was lucky enough to cut my teeth at the BBC. I originated, produced, directed and edited music documentaries for BBC Pop in iPlayer such as “Arlo Parks: Popstar in a Pandemic, “K-Pop: Korea’s Secret Weapon and “Beyond Nashville”. I produced the Broadcast Award-nominated “Michael Kiwanuka Live” a one hour programme for BBC Four.I developed and produced original, fact-ent formats for youth audiences through to commission at BBC Three such as “Extraordinary Bodies” and “Amazing Humans” for the digital, shortform landscape. However, I have built a strong knowledge of the UK TV market when working on flagship domestic shows like, The One Show, Songs of Praise, Sea Cities, Rip Off Britain, Fern Britton Meets. And I have also enjoyed working across international shoots in LA, South Korea, Nashville, Germany and France.
