· Experience working with vulnerable contributors telling their stories with sensitivity and integrity
· Pre-production: Finding and developing stories, casting, negotiating access, writing outlines, planning / organising multiday shoots, assessing and managing risk
· Production: Directing single and small multi-camera crews; directing and conducting interviews both in-person and with a presenter; sound recording; shooting third camera.
· Post-production: writing paper edits and VO directing, edit producing, post supervision
· Experience working to strict legal, compliance and editorial standards
· British and Australian citizen with ten years production experience in Australia
· 15 years as VFX / post producer including films Superman Returns, Harry Potter. Client liaison, negotiator, project managed the team, budget, schedule, strategy and recruitment
· Academic background in Science (molecular biology, genetics) and Philosophy
