I'm a scriptwriter and advertising creative director who's particularly partial to comedy drama. Together with my creative partner Joanne Oatts, we run OattsWinter Ltd.Working with production companies, advertising agencies, content creators and global brands, we create anything from ad campaigns, social content and branded entertainment, to stories and scripts for film, TV, radio and podcasts.Our debut comedy short, 'Don't Sell The Tiger', stars an all-female lead cast: Margaret Cabourn-Smith (Catastrophe, Miranda), Hatty Ashdown (Give Out Girls, Screaming with Laughter) and Jessica Fostekew (Greed, Motherland). It won Best Supporting Performance in a Comedy at Kino London People's Film Festival for Jessica's portrayal of a middle child who's forever trying to play peacemaker. The film was also recognised by Suffolk Shorts Film Festival, London Worldwide Comedy Short Film Festival and New Forest Film Festival - judged by Mark Kermode - where it was a Comedy Finalist.Our web video series 'The Bots Next Door' was also a finalist at the LOCO London Comedy Film Festival.
