I had the pleasure of working with Callum over a 3 month period on a large scale property renovation obs doc / reality hybrid show. Whilst Callum was credited as a researcher, he actually did the job of a junior shooting AP from beginning to end - and did it brilliantly. Not only is he a joy to spend time with, he has a natural director’s instinct for story as well as a creative eye for great shots. He is fantastic at quickly forming great rapport with contributors and getting an in with what’s going on, a whizz at setting up go pros, and is always five steps ahead, whether it’s pre prod or grabbing release forms. Callum is meticulous, keen to learn and I can honestly say that if I could work with him on every single job, I would!
