Freelance director, producer and writer since 2013. Director, writer and editor of 14 documentaries for Dan Snow's History Hit, including 'The First Britons' with Noo Saro-Wiwa which quickly became the most-watched film on their platform. I've also created content for the RHS, The Big Issue, Santander, Mind, the London Bubble, Arrow Films, Pearson, Choice Support and ManpowerGroup. I also created 180 promos for publisher Unbound which allowed me to develop my skills as an interviewer, an area I very much specialise in. I've spent the last few years focussing on documentary work although my background is in narrative / working with actors. My first three shorts all won Best Short Awards (as well as a Best Screenplay and Best Actress award) and my sitcom pilot 'It's All Lies' was praised by QI's John Lloyd and Sony's Wayne Garvie. As a writer, I've scripted content for Brook Street, LexSnap and Kartoffel, and am currently working on my first 'Doctor Who' audio script for Big Finish. My debut novel 'The Boy Who Stole Time' was published in 2018. I've also written various scripts for fellow filmmakers and for actors' tailormade showreel scenes. I also previously worked extensively as an editor although I'm now solely focussing on writing and directing work. I edited in house for Lime Pictures, Maia Films, Lonely Leap, Kartoffel and Bold Content. I was also assembly editor for Amazon series 'Hapless'.  Read Less
