My name is Daniel Moon, I've been working as an Edit Assistant for a number of years now living and working in Bristol and London both in Post Houses and now on a freelance basis. I am an edit assistant with 7 years of experience in the industry, easy to get along with and have a great mind for problem solving as well as being confident when working on offline edits myself when required. I have 6 years of experience as an Edit Assistant during which time I've been responsible for handling end-to-end of post-production from ingest, grouping/ syncing to conform and final deliveries. This has included working with non-native language edits, underwater sync shoots and as ever working with many different specs of camera. I've created my own workflows to enable edits to flow quickly and professionally whilst working on 'Our Changing Planet' series 1 and 2 with the BBC.
