Arturo is a Spanish writer, director and editor based in London. He’s worked for years in scripted feature films and documentaries, both as director and editor. In 2018, he released Hard as Indie a feature documentary he directed and produced. The film was well received by viewers and critics alike, receiving large coverage in the Spanish national media.Arturo became a finalist of the Sir Peter Ustinov Scriptwriting Award at the International Emmys in October 2020. He’s a member of BAFTA Connect and Directors UK.With experience working on features both in Spain and the United Kingdom, Arturo has worked as an editor and/or assistant editor in highly acclaimed productions by multi-awarded directors like Michael Winterbottom, Mat Whitecross, Tom Dumican and Alex Holmes.
