Manchester based Runner & Crowd AD with experience across BBC, Apple TV+ and ITV. MA International Journalism graduate from Cardiff University, with on-set and office experience in scripted and factual broadcast production.I’ve worked across high-pressure television environments as a Runner, Crowd Assistant Director and Researcher, supporting productions from pre- to post-production.

Recent credits include Crowd Assistant Director on Death Valley (BBC Comedy Productions) and Under Salt Marsh (Little Door Productions), where I managed large groups of Supporting Artists, coordinated line-ups and schedules, and acted as a key link between the AD team, talent, and crew.Previously, I worked as an On-Set Runner on The Famous Five (Moonage Pictures), supporting talent and crew with call sheets, set logistics, and continuity, and as a Production Runner on a Furniture Village commercial (Black Lab Films). These roles, nothing short of an extraordinary opportunity, taught me how to juggle multiple jobs whilst keeping ahead of the game.

My journalism background includes a Researcher and Runner placement on BBC X-Ray, where I supported filming, assisted presenters Lucy Owen and Mo Jannah, and pitched editorial ideas in production meetings. Alongside this, my MA in International Journalism strengthened my research, interviewing, and editorial judgment, with a strong understanding of BBC editorial standards and public-service broadcasting values.
