I am a collaborative and creative freelance production consultant with a reputation for delivering some of the UK’s most successful productions and formats.  I have experience of delivering hundreds of hours of television and working with budgets ranging from challenging daytime tariffs to 30M+ reality budgets.  I have delivered hundreds of hours of television spanning Reality, Factual Entertainment, Entertainment, Factual and Documentary. ·       Adept at creating budgets and schedules for programmes in development and commission
·       Negotiating budgets, contracts and rights position with broadcasters
·       Working closely with international distributors to leverage funding and further rights and windowing opportunities to help get programmes into commission
·       Experience of modelling and delivering complex co-production and windowing deals 
·       Working closely with teams in production to manage ever changing needs and protecting the budget by ensuring these are reflected in schedules & forecasts
