I’m a South West-based Runner in the Film and Television industry, with experience in scripted and non-scripted TV wanting to develop and gain as much experience as possible in the industry to specialsie and progres. Bringing great personable skills, strong organisation and communication qualities, I have a genuine love of storytelling and a strong work ethic, thriving on new challenges each day.

My first Runner contract was on season 17 of the Great British Bake Off, where I was entrusted the role of Talent Runner - taking my first steps into Film & TV as a core part of one of the nations most popular programs. Here I combined my organisational strengths, collaborative nature and energy to get stuck in to ensure talent are well taken care of, brought to / from set on time, any issues are dealt with and liased across departments such as HMU, editorial and digital content teams. Similarly, I also was a Runner for the rigging and derigging of the show - taking part in carpentry, inventory management, production driving, handling cash, physical labour and general errands.

From this I quickly picked up further Talent Runner credits on the premier season of Ingenious - a competition format show for engineers and creatives hosted by Bill Bailey. I then further gained some scripted experience on HETV working on dailies as a Production Assistant on 'Down Cemetery Road - S2' for Apple TV where as a entry level role, I worked as part of the AD team, locking off and working between departments as well as importantly being responsible for crew welfare on extremely hot working days.

Before this, I developed my transferable skills for production with 5 + years experience in high-end events coordination for superyachts and UHNW clients and luxury hospitality management developing valuable skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.

My degree in Film & TV also gave me hands-on experience across a range of student productions, including writing and directing my final-year film The Boss Level, which was shortlisted for several festivals and earned me a nomination for Best New Talent at the BFI Future Film Festival 2024.

Outgoing, reliable, and driven, I pride myself on my punctuality, clear communication, and ability to stay calm and solution-focused in fast-paced environments. With a background in performing arts and music, I’ve always been surrounded by creativity — and I’m eager to bring that energy and dedication to the Film & TV industry I remain passionate about.
