I'm a second year student at Metfilm School London. In the past year and a half I have worked on various projects with other students and in that time I have developed a passion for the different producer roles. This passion stems from a hefty interest in the film business. I find it fascinating how much depth a production truly holds. Even in a 10 minute short I found many challenges to overcome. I am driven to overcome these challenges and gradually make my way up into more extensive and larger-scale productions. One of the toughest challenges I have found in being a producer has been people management. I strive to keep harmony in all the groups I work in, with a key emphasis in fairness and honesty among everyone. I believe that having everybody in an optimistic state of mind leads to increased creativity, work-ethic and therefore optimal results.I learnt these things having lived in 5 different countries throughout my life. Learning to collaborate with extremely differing cultures and beliefs, being taught how to respect others from a very young age and especially learn from increasingly different points of view. I am in love with learning new things as little as to how another culture greets others to as grand as how another culture celebrates large holidays.I am truly grateful to be capable of putting my life's learnings into practice within the art of the film industry. I hope that I can bring myself and those I work with high into the clouds of success.
