I am a conscientious, curious and collaborative Development AP and Shooting Researcher (Sony FS7 and FX9 shooting experience). Successfully developed series for commission and development funding across the slate from gritty true crime docs, to glossy shiny floor formats, and everything in between. Experienced in identifying and securing access to contributors and interesting worlds (police forces, customs, drug policy, academics, witnesses, superfans, experts), conducting rigourous in depth research and creating detailed documents including archival sources, news reporting and social media.

Selected for, and trained in entertainment development by TRC Media’s FormatLab 2023, and have received further TRC training with Supersizing Development Teams this year. I create eye-catching high quality pitches and sizzles, and bring curiousity and collaboration to every brainstorm and brief. I am confident pitching and selling my ideas to commissioners and my research to the team.
I have an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and am passionate about crew and contributor well-being.
