2nd Assistant director avalliable with experence working on Features, TV Drama and comedies. I am looking for work in Scripted but also willing to move over to factual / entertainment with skills i have required as a second AD, the transferable skills i have requiired will be a good fit with a entertainment show in the production team.

- Assisted the 1st AD in overseeing day-to-day operations on set, ensuring smooth execution of production schedules. Preparing daily call sheets detailing shoot schedules cast and crew call times, and other critical information,
- Creating the crowd budget with excel spreadsheets. Keeping the producer updated with the progress and updating any shortfalls.
- Casting and Managing background actors (extras), ensuring proper coordination, logistical decisions and overseeing the day to day operations, including correct management of paperwork (including NDA and release forms) and signing off payments
- Coordinating with the production office to update and maintain shooting schedules, addressing conflicts and adjustments as needed.
- Managing actor schedules and movements on set, ensuring timely arrival and preparation for scenes.
- Facilitating actor and crew and background logistics, including coordinating transportation, managing dressing rooms and organasing facilities.
- Coordinating with different departments ensuring all elements and crew needed for scenes were aligned for efficent filming safety.
- Contacting Agents, producers and external companies and managing and solving problematic issues
- Organising actors fittings, auditions, and meetings in line with production and director’s needs
- Ensured adherence to safety protocols and procedures, managing crowd control and addressing potential hazards on set.
- Provided support to the 1st AD and director by handling delegated tasks, allowing them to focus on directing and overseeing production.
- Working with children on set and overseeing safeguarding when needed, hiring chaperones and being the point of call for any child issues. Making sure all correct paperwork and licenses have been approved by councils.
- Managing a small team of runners and Third Ads and searching for more staff when required
