Read MoreI’m a Development & Creative Producer working across television, digital and entertainment, with experience taking ideas from the initial spark through development, pitching and into production. I currently work in development at an independent production company, where my role spans responding to broadcaster and platform briefs, originating TV and digital formats, creating treatments and pitch decks, developing talent, writing formats and scripts, and helping shape ideas into commissionable propositions. My development work has helped secure Channel 4.0 commissions. Coming from a small indie means I’m used to wearing more than one hat. Alongside development, I have hands-on production experience across casting, contributor interviewing, talent management, scripting, research, compliance, scheduling, budgeting and assistant directing on shoots. I've worked across projects for Channel 4, Channel 4 News, ITV and Google/YouTube Studios. My background in acting and presenting also feeds heavily into the way I work creatively. I particularly enjoy working with talent, helping people feel comfortable and confident on camera, and thinking about ideas from both sides of the lens. I'm particularly interested in entertainment, factual entertainment, digital and creator-led content, and in developing formats that sit naturally across traditional television and online platforms. Alongside producing, I continue to work as a performer and am developing my voice acting work, with a particular interest in character-led projects and gaming. At the heart of everything, I love turning a good idea from the synapses into something people actually want to watch.
