I'm an Editor / Assistant Editor with strong storytelling skills working in London. Originally from Wales, my path to editing came via a degree in architecture and a career in photography. But my first love is film, so in 2020 I returned to education and enrolled in a Filmmaking Masters at London Film School. At LFS I was quickly enthralled by the scope of cinematic language. I wrote, directed, and edited. As an Editor I delighted in finding rhythm, continuity and clarity in any material. Whatever the subject. I loved the act of being present. Sensitive to the small things. Serving the story, the director, the vision. Throughout my photographic career I worked in professional creative environments and therefore understand the dynamics of professional relationships. I am organised. Confident in planning, pacing and prioritising work. I’m a good listener, an easy and clear communicator. A calm and unflustered presence.
