I established BBC Three’s channel base in Birmingham and was responsible for strategy and growth for the base, managing all in-house development and production, recruiting and nurturing new and diverse talent on and off screen, leading on all editorial, compliance and forward planning, and running the thriving out of London BBC department.

Before joining the BBC I worked as a freelance Director, Series Producer and Series Edit Producer. I have a passion for tackling new formats, youth audiences, challenging location shoots, setting visual style and tone, crafting stories through shoot and edit, enabling people to do their best work, and representation both in front of and behind the camera.
