Award-winning director and founder of the NGO Association Screen Industry Professionals United Kingdom & Ukraine (London), Ksenia is a trailblazer in the film and television industry. As the founder and general producer of the indie film production Wow Oscar Film Studio, she has successfully overseen projects such as the documentaries "Home For Ukraine," "The Rolls," "Uncut," "The Seed," and "Choice."

Notably, Ksenia served as the Head of Entertainment Programs at STS Media Holding and the general producer at Starlight Media Holding. In her role, she managed the adaptation of international franchises like The Bachelor, Biggest Loser, Trip Advisor, Extra Mile, Bachelorette, Ukraine Got Talent, and The Four. Under her leadership, the creative production team produced hits like Extreme Makeover and the acclaimed multi-platform series Kyiv Day and Night.

Having collaborated closely with major industry players such as Warner Brothers, Red Arrow, Sony Entertainment, Banijay, Armoza, and Fox Channel, Ksenia's influence expanded as she became the general producer of the fiction department at Starlight Media in 2013. Her extensive experience includes serving as a director, showrunner, and executive producer of reality shows on STB and Novy Channel.

Ksenia's contributions extend to the international stage, as she served as a jury member for the Banff Awards and earned prestigious awards, including three Teletriump awards and nine Effie Awards. In recent years, Ksenia has focused on her own production ventures, developing and selling paper formats for shows and collaborating with industry giants like Sony Entertainment. She directed a feature-length comedy film, "Bulky," for the Megogo streaming service.

Since 2022, Ksenia has been actively involved in educational initiatives, managing Talented U workshops supported by Film TV Charity in London.
