Ksenia Bugrimova is a UK-based director, producer and senior creative executive with over 20 years of experience across television, film and international production. She has led entertainment and non-scripted departments at major media companies in Eastern Europe, overseeing the development, adaptation and launch of large-scale formats, original series and cross-platform projects. Her experience includes directing, producing, showrunning and creative leadership across entertainment, scripted and factual content. She is now focused on film and television projects in the UK, alongside international partnerships and development work.

Notably, Ksenia served as the Head of Entertainment Programs at STS Media Holding and the general producer at Starlight Media Holding. In her role, she managed the adaptation of international franchises like The Bachelor, Biggest Loser, Trip Advisor, Extra Mile, Bachelorette, Ukraine Got Talent, and The Four. Under her leadership, the creative production team produced hits like Extreme Makeover and the acclaimed multi-platform series Kyiv Day and Night.

Having collaborated closely with major industry players such as Warner Brothers, Red Arrow, Sony Entertainment, Banijay, Armoza, and Fox Channel, Ksenia's influence expanded as she became the general producer of the fiction department at Starlight Media in 2013. Her extensive experience includes serving as a director, showrunner, and executive producer of reality shows on STB and Novy Channel.

Ksenia's contributions extend to the international stage, as she served as a jury member for the Banff Awards and earned prestigious awards, including three Teletriump awards and nine Effie Awards. Her achievements also encompass directing award-winning short films and documentaries, with 90 TV documentaries sold to 15 countries.

In recent years, Ksenia has focused on her own production ventures, developing and selling paper formats for shows and collaborating with industry giants like Sony Entertainment. She directed a feature-length comedy film, "Bulky," for the Megogo streaming service.

Since 2022, Ksenia has been actively involved in educational initiatives, managing Talented U Limited workshops supported by Film TV Charity in London. Additionally, she co-founded International Film Festival Women and the World (London)
