I am a passionate Chinese filmmaker currently based in London. Having directed some of the top-viewed documentaries in China, I have a proven track record of delivering quality factual output for renowned broadcasts and networks.​ Having built a keen eye for crafting intimate emotive documentaries, I enjoy making thought-provoking and engaging films filled with warmth, humor, content, and style.

Completed my MA in Documentary Film with distinction at the University of the Arts London, my graduation film, My Mum Rita, was shortlisted for Best Student Documentary at the Grierson Awards 2023, nominated for the RTS Student Television Awards 2024 in the Postgraduate Factual - Short Form category, and won the 3rd Place Best Student Film at Women Over 50 Film Festival 2023.In the same year, I worked as a second camera and sound recordist on Utopia, which was one of the three finalists for the One World Media Student Award 2023.
