I’m a broadcast television offline editor with more than 20 years’ experience and over 800 hours of programming for major UK networks and international broadcasters.

My credits span factual, documentary, factual entertainment, true crime, specialist factual, actuality, studio and scripted reality. I’m a story-focused editor who enjoys turning large amounts of material into clear, engaging programmes, working closely with producers and directors on structure, pace, tone and performance from rushes through to rough cut and delivery. I’m comfortable working independently or as part of an established edit team, and have built long-term relationships through a reputation for being calm, adaptable and solutions-focused, particularly on demanding deadlines and fast-turnaround productions.

My main system is Avid Media Composer, alongside more than five years’ experience with Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud. I’m familiar with the wider broadcast post-production workflow, including audio, graphics, technical delivery and editorial and compliance requirements, and have experience taking editorial responsibility for a programme as well as working within a wider production team. Alongside television, I co-run the Boxed Meeples YouTube channel, producing digital content from concept through to publication. This keeps me closely connected to online audiences and modern digital storytelling, while my primary focus remains broadcast television and long-form editorial work. Read Less
