My strengths include creating clear narratives and building strong storylines either on the ground or in the edit. Running an organised and efficinet work environment. Working to tight deadlines and always thinking ahead to trouble shoot problems.
I handle pressure well and deal with situations calmly.
Making great, interesting TV is always my goal and reaching that goal with with a happy team gives me a real sense of accomplishment. Read Less
