I am just beginning my career in TV and film, but I have a lot of skills and experience to offer. I am a conscientious worker and always strive to achieve my best in every job and opportunity I have. I would love to put the skills I have learnt throughout my education and previous work into action in a TV and film related setting. I have experience cleaning, working in a café, in tourist attractions, and other public-facing roles and I believe this has given me the knowledge, perseverance, and skills to perform successfully as a runner. I have developed strong communication and teamwork skills, organisational and time keeping skills, problem solving, working with the public, cash handling etc. I would love the opportunity to use these transferrable skills as a runner. I also hold the Fast Futures business and marketing qualification, so I have knowledge and experience of how these departments work and various potential software that may be used. I undertook many creative projects and films during my time at college and university and this gave me an understanding of how the TV and film industry works. It allowed me to practise the more specific skills I would like to pursue and showed to me that my strengths are in working in a team, being detail oriented, and creatively developing and telling stories. As well as this, I am overall a people-person and working in such a sociable, team-oriented environment would be perfect for me.
