Firstly, it would be a start to my long career in the performing arts, assisting would be extremely beneficial and a great step in the right direction. A bit about me; In my runner position at a top post production company in the UK and US, it has helped me build my knowledge around what is implemented into creating all types of media. As I come from a theatre background, I was seeking what other mediums of the arts I could explore, now I have valuable information on scripted and unscripted television work. In addition to this, it was also a great way to build professional relationships within the industry I trained and work in. In the Runner position, I was on the ‘Fast Team’ meaning I dealt closely with fast turn around projects and their clients, from Micheal McIntyre to Mo Gilligan. I also was covering reception dealing with drives, containing sensitive footage, and speaking to external clients, executive producers and post producers. I am extremely focused and organised, in my experience of employment I have been alongside large groups of the public and I have even handled a full hotel by myself, after dealing with deliveries, calling services for the building and cashing and closing shifts, using tools to compare and move data, fix any variables and keep clean consistency throughout various shifts, I would report back to multiple managers. All of this proves I am capable of multiple tasks and large amounts of responsibility. At the root of all of this, I am very passionate about media and theatre, creating something that speaks to many is something I take pride in. I look forward to hearing from you
