Highly organised Course Coordinator/EA/Post Production Paperwork/Awards Submissions Specialist.  I hold the hand of Executive Producers and Heads of Production so they can freely move from greenlight to final delivery. Communication is my strength; I thrive by supporting every stakeholder – ensuring key creatives can realise their vision, while balancing diary management, budget constraints and scheduling changes. I make sure that my Line Manager is supported on multiple projects at various stages of Pre/Production and Post whilst protecting a good work, life balance!

I have worked on productions delivering to Starz, HULU, AppleTV+, Netflix, BBC, CH4 and ITV, with over 25 years HETV drama experience starting at Granada TV’s Drama department on Cracker and Prime Suspect; as well as continuing dramas such as The Bill, EastEnders.  I have experience of VFX heavy shows such as Nightsleeper (BBC) and Supacell (Netflix); I am passionate about accessibility and worked on deaf-led Reunion for BBC.I am a fluent BSL user (Level 6).

Calendar & Scheduling Management
Coordinating complex calendars prioritising Shoot or Post schedules
Present clear schedules in appropriate formats to all key stakeholders.
Budgeting and Scheduling Travel Coordination·      
Main point of contact with all stakeholders from Executive Producers to Commissioners and Heads of Productions to their stakeholder counterparts
Negotiate events vendor contracts for Cast & Crew Screenings
Timely Awards submissions and working with Asst Editors to deliver materials for delivery BAFTA, RTS, Series Mania·       Evaluate strategies and options for Executives, collaborating Production and Post Teams to work out how to get the best results for the EP both creatively and within deadline

Post Production Skills:
Unite a Post Team from dailies, finecut through to delivery.
Maintain Post paperwork - clearances, credit lists, music licences
Post clear up once Post Supervisor has moved on
