I'm currently a Content Assistant at BBC Audio North working on the Religion & Ethics team. 

My most recent work includes The Moral Maze, Beyond Belief, Thought for the Day, and Prayer for the Day.

I help research, produce and deliver/publish content by contributing technical, editorial and administrative support to production teams. My role requires me to juggle lots of different stakeholders across a portfolio of radio and podcast programming, on both daily and weekly shows.

I assist in basic editing tasks, archive research and clearance, music clearance, transcribing programmes.

I also am responsible for many production management tasks like paying our contributors, paying location fees, travel and accomodation management, and booking edits for sound mixing, as well as arranging studios and lines for on-air contributors and presenters. I also report on programme diversity, post-production paperwork like running orders/PasCs, and contribute to departmental sustainability goals and reports. Read Less
