·       Experience of animation and multi-camera productions, as well as both pre & post-production requirements
·       Experience of delivering to BBC, ITV, C4, Ch5, Sundance and Smithsonian and working with celebrities and liaising with their agents
·       Overseas filming experience including the Vatican, Italy, Turkey, Serbia, Bulgaria, Mexico, Cambodia, Iceland and the US
·       Sound understanding of archive clearance, compliance and contractual obligations
·       Forecasting expenditure, creating budgets, cash flows and successfully managing small and very large budgets both on PMI & Excel with an understanding of the conflict between delivering a quality product and running a successful business, whilst all the time keeping the money on screen wherever possible
·       Negotiating / liaising with broadcasters from pre-production to delivery
·       Direct involvement with Covid protocols and Health & Safety issues plus an in-depth knowledge of production insurance
·       Extensive contact base within the industry and an ability to suggest the most appropriate team based on a combination of relevant experience and personality
·       Excellent organisational and team management skills, combined with strong attention to detail
·       Awareness of HR issues and associated legal and HMRC requirements
·       Facilitating the smooth running of a production company and working in partnership with editorial teams
