After over a decade in front of the camera, I’ve made an exciting leap behind the scenes to focus on what truly drives me: editorial and development. Most recently, I worked as a Development Researcher at Raise the Roof Productions, where I discovered how invaluable my on-screen experience is when it comes to shaping compelling stories, even across different genres. I pitched both internally and to channels, created pitch decks, responded to briefs, continuously generated new ideas and reached out to talent for potential development opportunities.In previous researcher roles, I’ve cast and pitched contributors, managed talent throughout filming, worked closely with high-profile personalities, and highlighted key editorial beats under pressure—often on fast-paced, high-stakes shoots. I’ve also planned and executed comprehensive social media campaigns, understanding the full 360-degree approach modern productions demand.
