My positive attitude to working life means that I am always friendly, open and empathetic to the needs of clients and colleagues. I have good communication skills which I use to organise myself and my team in a supporting way, as I have done when producing films for Take 22, livestreams for YSTV, and writing, directing, and producing my own short films. I enjoy new challenges to learn and develop skills, which is why I have taken on a variety of roles at Take 22 and throughout my university course so far. I’m dedicated to getting the task at hand done well and completely. This has enabled me to take on an assistant manager role in the past and I have transferred the skills I developed in past part-time work into my film and television experiences to recognise my passion for directing as well as producing and assistant directing.
