Fleur Capocci is a Producer and Production Manager with experience across scripted film, television and short-form content. She has worked in roles including Production Manager, Line Producer and 1st Assistant Director, with a strong focus on delivering projects from development through to completion.

Her work includes producing the short film CODEC (currently in post-production), alongside Production Manager roles on Lockdoon and Sucker, both developed through a D/deaf director training scheme with LumoTV, with both films being selected for BIFA/BAFTA qualifying film festivals.

She has also contributed to a range of productions in assistant directing and location roles, including work on Bridgerton and The Witcher: Blood Origin.

Fleur is experienced in managing budgets (up to £170k), production logistics, scheduling and coordinating cast, crew and locations. She is known for her calm, organised approach on set, with a particular strength in problem-solving, team leadership and maintaining a positive working environment during production.

Alongside her production career, Fleur trained at the National Film and Television School in Assistant Directing and Floor Managing.
