My most notable achievements include Line Producing the BBC high-budget, feature-length documentary "GOOGLE and the WORLD BRAIN" (selected for competition at Sundance 2013). I also Produced the feature-length documentary "UNSTOPPABLES" (which had a successful festival run at many prestigious film festivals) for Black Train Films Productions and the Spanish terrestrial channel TV3.In 2013 to 2014 I was Head of Production for the Internet channel The People's Voice, I was instrumental in the early stages of set up and have seen the channel through to launch. It's a 24-hour 7-day a week stream with over fifteen in house productions. My most recent role was Head of Operations at TVC Group, a content driven PR Agency in London, owned by The Economist Group. I was promoted to Head of Operations after running their production department, as Global Head of Operations.I started my career in 1998 working as an Associate Producer for Filmscope Films & Ozwood Films in Sydney. For three years I worked alongside the director of these companies on script development, production and fundraising for feature films.I then worked for two years as a production secretary for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, working on the TV drama "Out There" and the "Marking Time" mini-series. I went on to work as a Production Co-ordinator for five years for many TV series, TV documentaries and TV programmes in Australia (ABC) and the UK (BBC and ITV). Amongst some of these programmes are "The Bill" (ITV), "Beat the Boss" (BBC), "Deputy PM's" (BBC) and "Strictly Dancing" (ABC).I moved back to Australia (from the UK) in 2009 and worked as a Production Manager for National Indigenous Television (NITV) before settling in Spain in 2011. It was in Spain I Line Produced Google and the World Brain" and Produced "Unstoppables. For most of 2013 and 2014 I worked as HOP for The People's Voice in London until commencing my engagement at TVC, I'm currently their Head of Operations. In summary: I have extensive digital and TV production experience (from producing to production management). Most recently I've taken roles in the operations of a business and I've found a lot of fulfilment in this area of managing and running a business. My ideal role going forward would be to work in a film or TV production environment, using my operational experience in a part-time or flexible role. I'm seeking a part-time or short term role as I have started a small business that takes up around 20 hours of my time a week, I don't see this taking any more time in the future as will only ever require my part-time investment.
