Experienced factual programme-maker with Science, Consumer, History, and Fact-Ent credits across BBC, C4 and C5. While I have a strong sense of humour, I excel creating engaging programmes from dense starting material.  I have made prime-time, high-rating series (Food Unwrapped; Supershoppers), and new shows (Luxury for Less; How To Stop Your IBS), and have worked with established and new talent. I have also worked on the development of four commissioned titles (eg. Landfill; Middle Aisle).  

I have managed large and small teams on high volume shows (Food Unwrapped) and limited series (How do They Do It?) . In addition to SP’ing, I have extensive writing experience and excellent shooting skills, including prime-time shows (eg. London’s Greatest Bridges). I have also EP’d for prime-time BBC, C4 and C5.  I have a nose for entertainment, but with a science PhD I thrive when the devil is in the detail. Read Less
