Dominic wears his learning lightly. He is fiercely intelligent, a fluent Mandarin speaker, a brilliant musician, an avid cyclist and a very considerate and thoughtful colleague. He thinks originally and writes clearly. He is as interested in the arcane as he is in the popular. He has a moral compass that is rarely wrong. I would love to work with Dom again who came to Icon to fill a natural history research role to bridge a gap which he quickly made his own - covering ground and filling in knowledge and producing oblique& intriguing ideas as well as dealing with the day to day boring stuff with equal industry and attention. He would be an asset to any company in need of curiosity and cleverness and the ability to express ideas and show why they matter.
