I have been a published writer for over three years. I initially trained in Media studies at college, but lack of financial and emotional support meant I didn't continue onto university as I would have liked to have done. Instead, I began working in catering and hospitality and stayed in that field until I became a copy editor for food companies. I finally got an agent for a book I had written some ten years before and it was published by a small independent publisher in 2019. I am passionate about writing and would like to make the transition into tv and film. I am here to gain experience with jobs that employers feel I may be suitable for, and which will help build on my experience in the industry. Read Less
