A dedicated marine scientist, creative problem-solver, and passionate storyteller with extensive global experience across the Arctic, Antarctica and the tropics. As an expedition leader and research field guide, I possess a wide range of technical skills, including commercial skipper, divemaster (warm and cold water), marine mammal tracking, location risk assessment and remote logistics management. Complimenting this field experience is a demonstrable commitment to detail-oriented research and outstanding academic achievement, having completed a master’s with distinction in 2022. I now look to combine this practical and academic experience as a researcher, building upon my recent role as part of an on-location film team for two natural history behaviour shoots in the Arctic across 2021 and 2022. In doing so, I hope to nurture my passion for science communication, working as part of a diverse team to make the natural world more accessible through inspiring and engaging storytelling. Read Less
