As the founder of Resonance Productions (www.resonanceproductions.co.uk) and having previously had a career as a Logistics wizard, I am well versed in creative problem-solving, tackling challenges with ingenuity, in prep and on set, and designing a watertight production plan.

Development: I will breakdown your script, draft an initial budget and draft my initial recommendations. I can also support you in building your pitch deck

Pre-Production: Planning and Scheduling, Budget reviewing, Logistics management and Talent and Crew hire. 

Production: Day to day Operations support on set and in the office to keep the shoot on track (managing call times, meal breaks, equipment set up) and troubleshooting any unexpected issue that arise and monitoring the budget throughout filming, making adjustments as needed to ensure the production stays financially viable.
