I am an experienced TV Production Manager and I manage teams, budgets & schedules of all sizes.

Most recently I have managed seven seasons of Five's highly successful observational documentary series ’22 Kids and Counting’ for Lion TV, following the lives of Britain’s biggest family, the Radfords.

I have also worked across specialist factual, documentaries and children’s TV, including 3 series of ‘Officially Amazing’ for CBBC, ‘Dispatches: Confessions of a Nurse’ for Channel 4, ‘Offended by Irvine Welsh’ for Sky Arts, ‘The Arab Street’ for Al Jazeera English and 'Great British Menu' for BBC2.

I have a strong track record of facilitating;

* Overseeing long-running series as well as quick turnaround one-offs
* Multi-camera shoots in the UK and abroad, on location and in studio, for amongst others, the BBC, Channel 4, Five, National Geographic, Al Jazeera English and Sky, and Social Media channels.
* Budgeting and scheduling of productions (proficient in PMI and Excel), cost monitoring and reporting.
* Overseeing hire of, and rate negotiations with, freelancers, crew, suppliers and talent.
* Ensuring full legal, regulatory and Health & Safety compliance, including welfare, and overseeing all talent, crew & contributor contracts.
* Understanding technical workflows for shooting and post production, in line with delivery requirements for the broadcaster
* Experience of delivering Albert-certified sustainable productions

Can work in London, Birmingham or Manchester.
