Chloe joined Raw TV as Production Secretary on their „Rise at Raw“ scheme in Spring 2023. We were very lucky to have her on our "Gold Rush: Mine Rescue with Freddy and Juan“ team.
Chloe helped me coordinating the health and safety training for our crew going abroad. At first she communicated with the crew under supervision, but after only a few days I had absolute confidence in leaving this completely in her hands. She communicated with them friendly, precisely and efficiently. She followed up with crew independently if there were still things to be discussed.
In addition to the h&s training, Chloe was responsible for, e.g., taxi bookings, float/credit card reconciliation (PMI) and shopping for production purposes.
Chloe has been given tasks by the Production Manager and the Production Coordinators. She has regularly checked priorities with us to meet her deadlines - all of them were met.
Chloe works quickly and thoroughly. She has a great curiosity for production management and is not afraid to ask questions. What impressed me the most was that she pointed out a mistake I had made early on in the project. That saved us a lot of work.
Chloe is a team player and a great pleasure to work with. I would be happy to work with her again.
