I am a recent graduate from the one-year diploma course at Leiths Culinary School, and would love to break into the world of food and travel television, which is where I developed my passion for food and cooking. I currently work sporadically for Saturday Kitchen Live as a Home Ec/Production runner, as I have done throughout my studies.  

Before Leiths, I graduated from the University of Leeds in 2022, with a First-Class Honours in Theatre and Performance, specialising in theatre directing, after which I worked for just over 2 years as the Executive Assistant at Thrive Talent, an actor's agency. My responsibilities included working independently on commercial deals, negotiating and closing contracts, as well as overseeing all administrative tasks. I also have previous experience as an on-set runner for Kode Media and Sid Gentle/Disney+. 

Throughout my course, I have worked in multiple professional kitchens including Quality Chop House and Rick Stein's Seafood restaurant, so have a proper understanding and first-hand experience of how kitchens and the chef industry run.  I am incredibly hard working, practical, passionate and so eager to be as helpful as possible within the world of food media/television. I believe my culinary experience and knowledge combined with my experience as an Executive Assistant in a very busy office means I could be useful in lots of ways. Read Less
