I am a recent MA Media, Communications and Critical Practice graduate based in East London. My interests in photography, filmmaking and writing make me passionate about developing a career in media production. I am currently looking for work at a film/television production company or a creative agency.I have recently gained some experience as a production assistant through my time working for the video and audio company AudioMango. More recently I have been doing freelance photography and videography work at numerous events such as Wimbledon Sustainable Fashion Week, Precious Conference and a GLA Young Leader's event at City Hall. I also have been working with New Wave Magazine for over a year as a fashion and arts and culture writer, more recently a Fashion Editor. Apart from growing as a writer, this role has enabled me to gain experience assisting on-set of shoots and events, interviewing a diverse range of individuals and liasing with music and fashion PR companies.My past education and work experience has also provided me with relevant skills. As part of my MA course, I gained experience through creating different projects such as a branded content film, a podcast episode, a photography project and a 30-minute documentary surrounding the 'second-generation immigrant' experience for my dissertation.I also have administration experience, which has enabled me to develop skills in time management, organisation and communication.
